I live in Albuquerque New Mexico and have a Nordic Track Treadmill. It was shutting down on me in the middle of my workout. I called the company that I had ordered the Treadmill from. Within 45 minutes of completing the claim I received a phone call from Gym Doctor Service and Repair to schedule an appointment. I was surprised they were not out of ABQ but was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get scheduled. By the following week the technician had already diagnosed my machine, ordered parts and returned to fix the unit. Very Happy with my experience Highly Recommend!

I have a Precor Elliptical that was having a console issue. I purchased this machine from a workout facility and never had any issues with it until this. I called Precor directly to find out who they recommended. They told me the nearest Precor authorized servicer was Gym Doctor in New Mexico. I live in the mountains in Colorado and had little hope of getting my Elliptical looked at any time soon after that. I called and had my machine up and running in no time. The repair man was nice and very respectful of my home!

I own a Fitness Gym. Chris with Gym Doctor Service and Repair approached me last year about setting up a regular Maintenance Plan with his company. At first, I was a little skeptical. Lucky for them I had a couple machines down and some angry members. Chris got my machines up and running almost immediately. I was provided reporting documents that are easy for my staff to use when my equipment has issues. When the maintenance time comes Chris gets in touch with me to set up a date so I am not surprised by his arrival. It is nice to have my equipment operational almost all the time now. When equipment does go down it is repaired very quickly. I no longer worry about how things are going to get fixed. I am actually very impressed with the cost as well. My equipment should last a lot longer.

Chris (The owner) once told me he wasn’t a parts swapper. Anyone can replace 5 parts that could potentially be the problem. He will find the issue and replace the parts that NEED to be replaced. I’ve had experience with other Service Providers, Gym Doctor Service and Repair saves my company money and keeps my equipment reliable for my members.

I work out at a “BIG” Corporation type gym in Farmington. I got the membership for the perks and low cost. I almost got rid of it because of how long the equipment would be down for. I was always putting in requests to have the equipment taken care of. One day I saw a technician from Gym Doctor Service and Repair. Let’s just say 12 pieces of equipment were fixed that the “other guys” had previously looked at and had been down for an extended amount of time. I asked him if he was the new repair man for the facility. He said no that he had just been dispatched because the equipment was under warranty. I asked for a card. I don’t have any equipment at home, but I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone that does.
